Identify What Type of Grass You Have

Check Your Soil’s pH Levels

If your soil is too acidic, healthy grass won’t grow and is more prone to die in the winter months. If this is the case, apply lime. If your soil contains  too much alkaline, apply sulphur. For best growing results, try to keep your soil’s pH levels as close to neutral as possible.
