Legendary NFL coach Sam Wyche to appear at Grasshopper booth at GIE+EXPO 2010

MOUNDRIDGE, Kan. – As an NFL coaching legend, Sam Wyche knows what it takes to overcome tough obstacles. That’s why when it comes to tackling his lawn, he uses a Grasshopper mower. Fans can meet Wyche at Grasshopper Indoor Booth #9130 at GIE+EXPO, October 28-30, in Louisville, Kentucky. “I’ve seen my fair share of turf,” said Wyche. “When it comes to my own lawn, nothing performs like a Grasshopper mower.” He will sign autographs and have pictures take pictures with fans on Thursday, October 28, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., and on Friday, October 29 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. during the Expo. “I’m an avid Grasshopper fan,” said Wyche, who has owned a mower for more than 10 years. “So I’m excited to meet other Grasshopper enthusiasts and hear about their mowing experiences.” Wyche is one of only four NFL veterans who participated in a Super Bowl as a player, assistant coach and head coach. He is most known for the creation of the “no-huddle offense”. He coached Joe Montana to his first Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl XVI, and coached the Boomer Esiason-led team to Super Bowl XXIII. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions, St. Louis Cardinals and Buffalo Bills, and was head coach for the Cincinnati Bengals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
